ActOut! is designed to be a local party game. The App does not require an internet connection, does not require you to create an account, and does not collect, transmit, distribute, or sell your data.

All data generated during gameplay (such as team names, scores, and words guessed) is stored locally on your device and is only used to manage the active game session. We do not have access to this information.

2. Device Permissions

The App requires access to the following hardware features on your device solely for the purpose of gameplay:

• Accelerometer / Motion Sensors: The App uses your device's motion sensors to detect when you tilt the phone up or down while playing. This motion data is processed locally on the device in real-time and is not saved or transmitted anywhere.

3. Third-Party Services

The App does not use any third-party analytics or advertising services. No data is shared with third parties.

4. Children's Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. Since we do not collect any personal data, this is inherently protected.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted.
